Behavioral Healthcare Option's (BHO) services to managers and supervisors include in-depth training sessions designed to help identify, document, constructively confront and refer problem behaviors to the EAP before they become so severe the employee must be terminated. We also provide a clear format for intervening on employee performance problems.
