Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
A predetermined number of counseling sessions is available for assessment, short-term counseling, referral and follow-up services. The EAP is designed to assist employees and their families with a variety of work/life problems in areas, such as marital, legal, financial, emotional, stress, substance abuse, grief and loss, work pressures, parent/child conflicts, and communication. The program is available at no cost to all employees and their family members to encourage early problem identification and resolution.

Telephonic Consultations for Legal, Financial, Childcare and Elder Care
Telephone consultations are arranged with licensed/certified professionals for legal advice or representation, financial planning, investments and/or tax consultation, referrals to licensed childcare facilities, or varying types of in-home or agency care for aging family members.
Written Information and Resources
Written materials have been developed that include practical advice on the topic. Additional resources include low/no cost, easy-to-read books and pamphlets, national organizations with "800" numbers, and local/regional resources in the following areas:
